Italian

I am getting my Rosetta Stone hooked up this evening. I am very excited about learning Italian. A foreign language is something I think I am mentally prepared for now. I just hope I can do it on my own. It wasn't too exciting in high school taking Spanish and I really did not care. Little did I know how important it would be. My goal is to spend one month in Italy. I have no idea when this will take place, 1 year, 5 years, or 10 years from now. If I would quit buying all this quilting stuff I could probably go now!

Crafts or trip over seas... that would be a painful choice for me. I don't think I could make it!

I think you should definately take one trip overseas. It really makes the world seem like a smaller place when you know what life is like on the other side of the pond. Plus the food is totally awesome in Italy-go for the fresh bread and the Italian Ice...YUM. Then you can also get inspirations for quilting from beautiful Italia.
